COVID-19 Update
FIRM’s offices have adapted our services in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our phone line (559) 487-1500 will be answered between 8:30am and 5:00pm each day and in-person appointments are available upon request. We offer Pfizer and Janssen vaccinations every Wednesday. Walk-ins and appointments are served outdoors to minimize exposure. Staff are currently working 50% from home to reduce risk. Contact your caseworker directly if you need help with anything.

Since 1994, Fresno Interdenominational Refugee Ministries (FIRM) has been meeting the needs of refugee community members in Fresno. We serve the Hmong, Laotian, Slavic, African and Syrian communities, which represent over 60,000 people in Fresno County.
We do this in many different ways, through Literacy, Wellness, Community Building and COVID-19 Response programs. We provide wrap-around services to all ages from young children to elders and are always pursuing new ways to meet the diverse needs of the people groups we serve. Our services span from after-school programs, to advocacy, to mental health programs, to community gardens and much, much more! FIRM works with over 10,000 people from the refugee communities in the Central Valley each year!
